Apple sued for its use of ‘iCloud’ moniker

Apparently, those at Cupertino haven’t done their analysis properly before pitching the ‘iCloud’ name. that ends up in the somewhat predictable court battle. The Arizona-based iCloud Communications VoIP supplier claims that's has used the ‘iCloud’ name since 2005 and is demanding Apple to induce rid of all its ‘iCloud’ promoting materials, pay damages, and even invalidate the ‘iCloud’ trademark. Like with all alternative lawsuits, this one can most likely be settled quietly with a most likely exchange of greenbacks.
